FAQS
1. Where are we located?
The Office is located about ½ a mile north of the Secret Beach Waterpark in San Pedro, Belize. We are about a 35 min golf cart ride from San Pedro town.
2. How do I get to The Office from the airport?
You will fly into Belize City. From there you can catch a water taxi, ferry or puddle jumper (via Maya Air or Tropic Air) to San Pedro. We recommend taking the 15min flight. It’s beautiful & much quicker than the water transportation. We can arrange a taxi for your transportation to the house, but we recommend renting a golf cart to pick up at the airport. Our caretaker will be there to greet you upon arrival to assist with luggage & guide you to the house. He will also assist with carrying your luggage to the airport or ferry upon departure.
3. Are meals included?
Breakfast is included & other meals can be arranged for an additional fee. We have a fabulous cook on staff.
4. How do we choose what we want to eat and drink?
1-2 weeks before arrival, we’ll send a menu & questionnaire for you to answer questions about your food allergies, food preferences and any other details concerning your flight details and group details.
5. Does the house have a safe?
Yes, the house has 2 safes for your use
6. For the Kayaks & paddleboards, do you provide life jackets?
We have 4 adult size life jackets. So for small children we would recommend bringing your own or a coast guard approved puddle jumper.
7. How do we pay for tips for the staff and how much is standard?
Cash is preferred paid directly to the staff. 10-20% of trip total is standard.
TIP: $1usd = $2 bz
